All Kit and component items are sold as is with no warranty.  This is due to the nature of the items and having no control over how they are used, assembled or installed. We do pretest all items prior to shipment.

With that being said, we will consider a replacement of certain components at our sole discretion. A return authorization must be obtained prior to sending the item back.  Shipping fees will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We cannot give technical help of any kind. If you do not feel comfortable working with these kits or components please do not buy them.

Amp Guy LLC will not be responsible for any harm to one selves or property that stems from an item purchased from this website. Linear tube amplifiers are not a toy, they contain lethal voltages within. Proceed at your own risk !!!!

Please keep in mind this is more of a service to help people. The primary income stems from repairs, builds and engineering.
