FB-220 2.0 Replacement Capacitor Kit / RM-220 Rectifier Metering Board Combo

Description

The FB-220 2.0 is an upgraded replacement filter capacitor block for the Heathkit SB-220 & SB-221.  This product features high-quality Nichicon 330  μF 450VDC electrolytic capacitors.  The bleeder resistors dissipate about 30 watts less heat than the original Heathkit design so it operates a little cooler. The kit assembles into the stock heathkit plastic capacitor half shells. Includes assembly instructions, and all pieces shown in the picture.  Secondary lug pre-installed as shown.

The RM-220 is a replacement rectifier/metering board for the Heathkit SB-220 & SB-221. It features modern 1000PIV 3A diodes, new meter shunt resistors, a precision high voltage meter divider string and a high-current zener diode replacement string. The board also features built-in meter protection diodes.
